Superannuation Death Benefit Nominations

Often the most overlooked and undervalued part of any estate plan. Super funds are great at taking your money but not always quite so good at helping you understand who can and can’t receive your superannuation death benefits.

Estate Administration Services

  • Applications for a grant of probate (where a person dies with an effective will);
